Information & privacy
Privacy notice
Effective 6 November 2026. This notice covers the Cratewing information website and initial internal-preview applications.
The current preview
The preview displays product information and links to these pages. It does not create accounts, scan labels, process inventory, upload photographs or run AI processing. We have not added advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs to these previews.
Website requests
Cloudflare and our hosting infrastructure handle website requests. Technical information such as an IP address, requested address, time and browser information may appear in security and operational logs. The site has no analytics tags, advertising cookies or contact form.
Support messages
If you email [email protected], your address and message are handled by our email services so we can respond. Please do not send patient information, credentials or sensitive clinic records. Contact us at the same address with questions about your support correspondence or a request to delete it.
External services
Opening a support or privacy link uses your browser. App distribution through Apple or Google is subject to those providers’ own privacy practices, including information they collect for testing and distribution.
Future functionality
Inventory capture, cloud processing, accounts and subscriptions are not included in this preview. We will update this notice to describe their actual data handling before enabling them. The product direction is structured inventory records, not a retained collection of scanned label photographs.
